Limit two boxes per person. Please note that the over the counter test kits do NOT produce a documented result that can be used for travel, to return or stay in school, or be released from quarantine in Ohio. The over the counter tests do not require a telehealth session; they are conducted at home and are for personal use.

If you are not feeling well, or have had a potential COVID exposure, please call the library you wish to pick up your kit from to make an appointment for a curb side pickup.
