Friends of the Library
The Friends of the Ida Rupp Public Library are a group of supporters, separate from the library, whose role is to support the library's mission. United by a common interest in the continued success of the library; Friends assist in maintaining, improving, and adding to our resources and services.

The Friends of the Marblehead Peninsula Branch Library supports activities and initiatives at the Marblehead Peninsula Branch Library and also supports literacy in the Marblehead by visiting all of Danbury Local Schools preschoolers to share a story and give the students their own copy of the book. The group was originally founded as Marblehead Peninsula Library Committee to fundraise for a library in Marblehead.
