Strategic Plan Update

The Strategic Plan for the Ida Rupp Public Library System has been placed on hold temporarily during the search for a new director. All of the valuable information from the Community Survey has been retained and forwarded to the State Library of Ohio. Our consultant from the State Library, Evan Struble, will review the survey information for use after a new director is hired. Focus group sessions will also be postponed until the new director is on board.

The space use study originally projected for May or June will also be on hold.

Once work commences on the Strategic Plan updates may be found on the Ida Rupp web site. The library looks forward to developing a plan that reflects and addresses our communities’ needs.
