Staff Anniversary - November 2023

The library would be nowhere without it's staff. Throughout the year, we'd like to celebrate our amazing staff by recognizing them in their anniversary month. This month marks the anniversary of Corvid, one of our Youth Associates.

My job title: Youth Associate

My favorite part of my job: Getting to see children get so excited about books! It's so great helping a child find a book they are into. Now that we have wonderbooks and vox books, that opens a whole world to kids who struggle with reading.

What I'm currently reading/watching/listening to: I'm currently reading "Out Now," a queer anthology edited by Saundra Mitchell; watching Our Flag Means Death; and listening to a podcast called My Brother My Brother and Me.
